This site was created through long brain storming sessions figuring out exactly everything that you would need for due diligence without actually stepping foot into the house. Well, you might say, I want to look through the house to see what I’m buying and to estimate repairs and to find out what it’s worth… That’s why we provide you with multiple pictures, a video walk through, an inspection check list, a public records print out, and a contractor estimate (the same contractor we use for all of our properties). Persistence – The act or fact of persisting and my favorite definitions of persisting are: To go resolutely in spite of opposition and to continue to exist especially past a usual, expected, or normal time.
The great entrepreneurs and real estate investors did not just get lucky. It’s a day in day out commitment to being successful that put them where they are now at the top of their industry. I always hear the stories of the people that ran into a road bump or failed at a deal and they just gave it all up because something didn’t go right on the first try. I can’t stand to hear about someone giving up on their dreams so easily because I have had deals that didn’t quite turn out as I thought they would and I have made mistakes but I have learned from these, mitigated the impact of these challenges, and have moved on. There are multiple stories of entrepreneurs and ordinary people that just refused to give up until they were successful and that’s why they were successful. Persistence.
I have adopted the attitude of “FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!” and I hope that more people will adopt this as well. When you tell yourself that there is just not an option to fail, you automatically get your mind working on what you need to do to succeed. If you let yourself have the option to fail, you give your mind the easy way out, you limit your creativity, and you will limit your success. Being persistent in your dreams and adopting the attitude that you will take nothing less than a raging success will keep you moving until you get there.
Speaking of persistence… Urban Detroit Wholesalers is the most persistent real estate investment company you’re going to find. We do not stop working until we have the absolutely best deals ready for our buyers. If that means scouring through thousands of properties to find the two that meet our extremely high, unmoving criteria, then that’s what we do. We will just not settle for sub-par results for ourselves or for our customers and buyers. We only pass on the deals that we would rehab and rent our ourselves.

Networking. This is the most important part of a real estate investors business. If you’re not networking and consistently meeting new buyers, sellers, and people that can help you with other aspects of your business, you’re settling for less.
